This Free Trial grants access to All Platform Named Agent licenses. All Platform Named Agent allows an agent to see your Web, Android, iOS, Windows, MacOS apps and third-party content (e.g. PDFs) running on your customers’ devices to boost loyalty and solve problems faster. See what your customer sees, annotate the screen, and optionally request remote control to troubleshoot your apps remotely, all accessed directly within Talkdesk.

Ensure accountability and quality for every Cobrowse session with an audit log and optional session recordings. Give all stakeholders peace of mind with multiple data hosting options, strong encryption, single sign on, consent prompts, data masking, and more.
